I have a particular interest in working with women of all ages and life stages.  I have a passion for helping women navigate the many transitions that different life stages bring and the shifting roles we often experience. Often women feel disoriented, uncertain, overwhelmed, and hesitant during these times–especially in light of external pressures of society, familial expectations, self-criticism, and even their own comparison to other women.

My hope is to provide a therapeutic space and relationship that allows women to talk about what matters most to them so that they can better understand themselves, their needs, their desires, their relationships, and the way they want to put these into action in their lives.

I take a whole person approach valuing your mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual self and health and gladly allow space for you to talk about what is most important to you in any or all of these different facets of your life.

Because I am a person and not simply a counselor or therapist,
I am well acquainted with the pain, loss, and challenges that life and relationships can bring.  I want to provide therapeutic space for you to talk about what matters to you.
